I wonder about every comment, they say its constructive, constructive criticism. They pride themselves in crushing creativity, in crushing individuality. Some don't criticize, they just pass an order, a rule you need to follow without questioning. And I wonder is it my life or theirs? Why do I keep killing myself to be true on someone else's idea of an idol person. Why am I being watched over by everyone? Why all those million sets of eyes lock up on me? My eyes turn misty, I look up at the sky, all in vain, what would he know, who himself created this divide, sitting up there smirking at our plight!

Thts because people cant exist individually. Their existence is for the sole purpose of others. Think if there werent others, even if just to recognize u, who would you be?

The first question that comes up in my mind is "why?". Why do you wonder/ worry or care about every comment? Why do you care about every who-says-what? constructive criticism is not about killing creativity or individuality, it's about screening the faults to improvise. And then, you don't have to be the person that everyone else expects you to be - ever heard of free will? What matters is that you should believe in what you are. Humans are capable of ahowing (and hiding) a lot many emotions. A lot many watch you just to see how much you can rise (or fall), others check to see how much hardship can you survive and there are those who realise that they can't achieve what you can and try to bring you down by all means (sour grapes). How much you get affected by a criticism should depend on the importance that you associate with the critic. The one who created all this, created you in his own image and gave you a physique, intelligence and persona, the combination of which is unique amongst billions of people. And because you are unique, everyone else wants to know your uniqueness. Thats why millions of eyes are watching you, constantly.

one more thing, who says that people can't exist individually and the sole purpose of one's existence is for others? Even if there weren't others to recognize you, you will still be you. God created only one Adam, he did not create a whole lot of Adams (or his brothers) so that they could live along, for each other. Societies cannot exist if people can't exist individually. Men are not defined by societies but societies are defined by the its members. The rules we follow and the laws we create are for our own benefit.Every man lives for himself. I have a responsibility towards myself and few others whom I consider family. My existence did not come with a precondition that I must liveup for everyone else on this earth and I intend to let things be that way. I am what I am and nobody's presence or absence will change it.

Well.. let's see.. Your family and friends is exactly what i mean by others.. most of the constructive criticism you get is from them.. btw god didnt create adam alone.. He created Eve.. and told them not eat the apple.. but see what happened.. your individuality has no meaning unless people accept you as one. Every man will live for himself, or some do, but that life has meaning if others see that you are living for yourself. I am not saying individuality does not exist, it exists at the acknowledgment of others.

Isn't that why you started a blog? To show the world what you are...you can't complain now. [:)]

Thats because humans are so ignorant to see each others as different; when you start perceiving everyone as one....when you start seeing yourself in the other....in the child next door.....in the person passing you by....in the elderly man crossing the road...... the judgements, opinions, criticism, appreciation, approval seeking...all will cease to exit!
